My Weekly Pull #22

My friend Lindsi @ Do You Dog-ear? hosts My Weekly Pull every Wednesday to share what comics she's been reading lately and hopes to read next, definitely check her out she's got some awesome suggestions! I'm more of anime and manga fan, so here's where I tell you what I've been reading and watching!    It's been a bit since I last did one of these posts, but since our county was placed on stay-at-home lockdown I think I'm gonna have time to do a lot more of them. Hope you're all safe and well! 💕 Recent Anime ~  I was able to watch the new My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising movie. And I absolutely loved it, my brother and I both agreed we're ready to watch it three more times!   Ironman Armored Adventures isn't exactly an anime, but it's a show that I somehow got hooked on and watched twice with no regrets!  It's if Tony Stark had become Ironman when he was a teenager, and the whole story is very different and c...

Noel's Bookish Bouquet | Wrap Up & TBR

I'm taking a big, deep breath and exhaling.     It's been quite a long and busy minute since I last posted regularly. It's so so nice and actually relaxing to write here again!     January brought me a beautiful cold front so I took advantage of my (usually unused) fireplace to read in the evenings. 😍 I took some more bookish pictures to share the cozy vibes as well!   As some of you know, I've been cleaning my bookshelves and was debating letting several books go..... call it an intense spring cleaning. So I've been hosting some giveaways and finally cleaning out my TBR Mountain as well as books I've had too long and will probably never actually get around to reading 😬.   Though I also managed to get rid of several books I finally tried and hated with a burning passion, so that was nice!   How has your reading been doing? Have you set any goals and how are they going?? I only set two reading goals for 2020:...

My Weekly Pull | 16 |

My Weekly Pull is something I do every Wednesday to show which anime, manga, and comic I pull for myself for the week. My friend Lindsi @ Do You Dog-ear? hosts My Weekly Pull for comics that she has read or is reading, so make sure to check her out because it was such a cool and fun idea that I asked if I could do it for anime and manga as well as comics!                     ~                    ~                    ~                     ~                       ~ Last Week's Binge... Since the last weekly pull, I finished Justice League VS Suicide Squad ...

April's Flowers! | A Monthly Wrap Up

So I tried a couple new things in April, and they're working pretty good so far! The blogging memes are sometimes hard to keep up with, but that's because I don't want to overload you guys with so many posts lol. Though I am really glad you guys seem to enjoy them as much as me! Here's the wrap up for April, and I actually am unsure of my May TBR at the moment... so no TBR post for now. I'm not sure what I'll be reading because I'm going on a trip in May, and I won't be back til sometime in June (though I will still be blogging in that time!). ~ Random Updates from the past Month ~ I saw Shazam and was absolutely amazed- I loved it!! As well as Avengers: Endgame !! Finally got caught up and watched Aquaman , the scenery was nice and the action was cool- the love interest was literally The Little Mermaid- so overall it was okay. I didn't love it, but I didn't dislike it so... yeah. I cracked down and made an Instagram accou...

January's TBR + Reading Updates!

I didn't plan on doing a TBR post for January, but looks like I will be! Along with giving you guys some updates on what I've just finished- the first books I've read in 2019!! The Huntress of Thornbeck Forest by Melanie Dickerson! This actually was one of the books I finished a few days ago- the first ones of January and the new year!! I was very happy with this new book Melanie Dickerson's, and thoroughly enjoyed everything it had to offer. The Book Jumper by Mechthild Gläser! This book looked too amazing to not pick up! Fallen by Lauren Kate! So I actually finished this a few days ago and... I didn't like it. This book is definitely not for me. The Knowing by Sharon Cameron! This is a companion novel to The Forgetting by Sharon Cameron - that I am absolutely in love with, so can't wait to try this!! Rook by Sharon Cameron! Since I loved Cameron's The Forgetting , why not try some of her ...
