I'm not a huge Goblin fan, so I've never heard of this book.
I'm also following you now.
Happy reading!
www.coffeewastedmomma.com

https://anovelexperience2011.blogspot.com/~Trema~https://www.blogger.com/profile/06719642517033133753noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5315067518797225650.post-12564503815518955762018-04-23T14:16:03.741-04:002018-04-23T14:16:03.741-04:00Exactly! Besides where she loses his game and they have to get married. I wanted that backstory so much from when they were younger. I did not really buy into the whole romance between Elizabeth and the Goblin King. It all seemed spur of the moment to me, like forcing a relationship. Like you said, I think that giving more of a backstory to the time they spent together during her childhood would have created a better connection. I also wanted more from this story than just a romance. My favorite parts of the novel were the snippets of Elizabeth composing music and spending time with her family, which was all ignored once she got underground.

Tessa @ Crazy for YA.Tessahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05674560920184099297noreply@blogger.com
